Growing Up

I was born and raised on a 6 acre, Certified Naturally Grown, fruit and vegetable farm. There I completed K-12th grade and spent most of my summers working and earning money. Through that experience I learned small and heavy equipment operation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, basic mechanical skills, marketing, employee management, basic business skills and of course how to grow crops.                                     Farm Facebook Link:

First College Experience

After graduating highschool in May 2011, I started attending SUNY Adirondack Community College in the pursuit of an IT degree. I dual majored there and graduated Magna Cum Laude three years later in May, 2014 with an IT Networking and  IT Application Development degree. While there I was on the Dean's List three times, the President's List once and received an award for Academic Excellence in IT on April 29, 2014 from the college. 

First & Second Internship

During my second year, I was offered a summer internship at Tribune Media Services (now Gracenote). I learned how to image, backup, upgrade and troubleshoot Mac and Windows computers  as well as get acquainted with a corporate network environment. During my final semester, I interned there again for school and created a detailed topology of their network in Visio which furthered my network knowledge.

Second College Experience

Currently, I am a fourth year transfer student at Rochester Institute of Technology  in Rochester, NY where I am continuing my study of Networking. I hope to graduate in the spring of 2017 with a bachelors in Networking and Systems Administration and move into the exciting field of IT.
